The Hoxton, Brussels

We really liked staying in the hotel - the overall design, friendly staff, amenities were great. When we asked for something, it was processed quite quickly (e. g. there was very lower water pressure in the shower and they came to fix it, or you need towels, room service etc.). I used the gym which was quite well-eqipped (considering it is a hotel gym). There is parkhouse right next to the hotel which is very convenient. The area is well connected. Dog friendly. We had the "biggy room" and the view was perfect. Would stay again for sure!

The breakfast was pleasant, but I would really appreciate some vegetables to be available, as well as more protein sources. Also, especially when more people were in the restaurant, the staff was a bit nervous and it was obvious they have some "beef" among them. Considering how many people worked at the breakfast, it was not that well organized and you cannot really enjoy breakfast when people are rushing aroud you or aggressively spraying dissinfectant on the next table. The location is good meaning it is well connected to the city, however not from the view point of feeling totally safe when walking alone at night, so maybe take taxi then. During the day no concerns.

Water pressure was very bad. It took almost an hour to fill up a bath tub.
