AC Hotel by Marriott Inverness

Location and everything needed in room

Bed was so uncomfortable and the room was noisy with guests above, walking around and doors slamming in corridor.

Nice view, excellent breakfast and only a short walk into centre of the town.

Parking, hotel car park small and was full of building equipment. Had to park away from hotel.

Not soundproofed at all

It was modern and clean

Although we were told the information was on their website it would have been nice if they had said the workmen would start drilling and working on the walls just before 9am as it was noisy and I had booked through you so I didn’t look on their website

Excellent experience with particularly friendly staff

Very little. The bedside reading lights could have been brighter.

It Was just a lovely hotel and the rooms were very modern and comfortable. Nice one I would highly recommend

I was charged £20 more for parking. After I had already paid for parking.the girl at reception who took payment assured me this would be refunded in a day or 2. ;.I have still not received the refund.
