Service and comfort and basic room facilities were good. Location is very good. Friendly and respectful staff. Safe for women travellers.

Breakfast was very disappointing and room service options like dental kit/shower kit etc can be made better. The toilet seat can be kept more serviced. Although it was clean and hygienic enough, some iron stains remain.

"Could be better. With a bit of amenities provided seeing that it does work nd not a show piece"

It was an ok stay the only complaint was the toilet wasnt working well. There was leakage and even though they provided with kettle it wasnt working. There was smart tv which is a kind of plus point.
