"It was nice! "

Everything was fine. Room was clean and does not smell. Onlt thing was the bed too soft for our liking. Plus, i liked that they have a communal kitchen which was reallt helpful when you wanr to cook your own meal instead of ordering from fast food! We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Thank you!

"Excellent"

The only negative thing was the bed, which wasnt very comfortable but bearable for a few nights. Very secure, with keypads on doors.

"Disappointing experience"

The door lock did not work with the keycode for me, an actual key was required to enter the room which I had to fetch from outside in the rain. Then the radiator was broken, I turned it on somehow but couldn't switch it off, so had to open the windows to balance it off, such a wastage of energy. Keeping the windows open also filled the room with smoke that somebody must have smoked outside. The room cleanliness was also disappointing, the pillow covers had stains. The kettle was all rusty, thankfully I checked before using it. The room was nice and quiet though, so if the maintenance issues are fixed it can be a pleasant stay.

I am very disappointed with the accommodation offered. There were a number of issues with the accommodation which I have outlined below: - the property has a very strong and unpleasant smell. As soon as you enter the property you can smell this. This smell lingers into other areas of the property. - the kitchen also has a strong food smell as residents do not clean up after cooking. We had to walk through the kitchen to get to our room so were often taken back by the smells. - the levels of noise within the property were appalling. Residents talked on the phone in the kitchen early in the morning and disturbed our sleep.  - when we arrived, there was only 1 used toilet roll in the toilet. More than half of the toilet roll had been used. Thus, we had to find a shop near by and buy a pack of toilet rolls - we found a long strand of hair in our towel. This hair did not belong to us as we both have short hair. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The pillow cases were inside out which makes me wonder whether they were washed prior to our arrival. - the front door of the property was left open/unlocked at all times. We never needed the code to get into the property even at night. This is extremely unsafe and made me feel very very unsafe. I complained about this on the 29th of January and have not received a response.
