El personal, desde la persona que prepara y atiende los desayunos hasta el personal de recepción y sobre todo Claudia, siempre atenta a lo que necesitases aunque no estuviese trabajando te contestaba inmediatamente al tfno.y te buscaba soluciones.

Indudablemente el mantenimiento y laa camas que se hundian. Lo dijimos y nos dijeron que era el topper, nos lo quitaron, a pesar que les comentamos que teníamos topper en Madrid y que ese no era el problema. Y así fue , aunque lo quitaron , TE SENTABAS Y SE HUNDIA EL COLCHÓN Y CUANDO TE TUMBABAS EN LA ZONA CENTRAL SE HUNDIA TANTO QUE SE NOTABA EL CANAPE. HORRIBLE EL DESCANSO .

"Perfect location, lovely rooms"

Everything was perfect for us. We appreciated the excellent communication before arriving and during our stay. The location was very convenient to the train station and bus port and it was just as easy to walk to the old town.

Jó helyen van, 10-15 perc alatt elérhető a belváros. Közel található tömegközlekedési eszköz is, amivel a reptér elérhető. Nagyon jó méretű a szoba, tágas, kényelmes, tiszta.

Conveniently located just 5 min walk to Bari Centrale train station. Huge room with comfy bed and large shower. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Happy to recommend and would stay again.

"Very Good"

The location was convenient. We were pleased to have Netflix and Prime TV. The sun roof/terrace was a big plus.

The dripping shower needed attention, and there was a problem with the shower head that restricted the power of the water. No communal WC for the sun terrace and departure day. The check-out at 10 am is too early. The breakfast was also early and limited on choice.
