Está limpio La cama de la habitación es cómoda

El sofá cama no está en buen estado (el soporte está fatal, no apoya bien en el suelo, hace muchísimo ruido, el colchón es demasiado fino, no permite dormir y descansar bien). Hubo muchísimo ruido en otros apartamentos de la planta hasta la madrugada (se supone que no se permiten fiestas ni ruidos a partir de las 23h).
