it was a good location as it was a short walk to the Quays. Off street parking. Comfortable beds. Good communication with owner. Swift refund of security deposit.

The shower was always cold.

Access to the property easy, driveway parking and good location for walking distance to Media City. Comfortable beds.

Cleaning quite superficial, still dirty down on floor/skirting boards and other areas that aren't touched as much. All bedside lamps didn't work in any of the rooms when all they needed is replacement batteries. Bedroom window handle broken so we couldn't close it and once notified host they just said no problem and didn't offer to fix it for us during our stay. Finishings and furnishings basic and cheap compared to how they look in the photos - not luxury as stated! Value for money not great at all.
