Excelente hotel para hospedarse en Orizaba; las habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal muy atento y amable. La ubicación es un poco alejada de la zona Centro, pero conveniente.

deben mejora el tema del estacionamiento de alguna manera, y lo que también seria muy bueno es que cuenten con una cafetería propia par no desplazarse para el desayuno.

Todo bien salvo dos cosas: 1. Si tienes vehículo mediano ya no cabes en el estacionamiento, tienes que dejarlo en la calle. 2. Dentro del baño no hay donde colocar las toallas. Hay espacio pero se rehusan a instalar una sencilla repisa sobre el WC. Te dejan las toallas en la cocineta 3. El agua caliente va y viene
