The hotel staff were all nice and polite. The twin room I booked has an adequate space, clean and modern. Their are several weaved baskets/hampers and drawers to place your belongings inside the room The inn is located in a gated - secluded area away from the busy streets of Guiguinto. So parking is easy as their is huge lot to park all types of cars even when the inn is full. Their is a restaurant/bar, convenience store, special stores and gas station near the inn. The alcohol and drinks are reasonably priced, they also provide guests with a complimentary 200 peso-coupon to be used at the restaurant. They offer high speed internet in all floors and android TV so you can sign in your account and watch Netflix. They have a desk with enough space which is perfect if you will be bringing a laptop for work.

Their is no option for a queen-size room with a balcony when I booked the room. Their is no closet, hanger and hairdryer present in the room; the vault is also not working. Their is no override light switch in close proximity to the bed which was inconvenient when I need to turn off the lights as I had to get up and walk all the way to the switch next to the door. All rooms have regular locks and the key/lock they installed are the non traditional ones that takes practice to unlock/lock the door. The breakfast selection is limited comprising merely of three viands, vegetable soup and fried rice—a far cry from a breakfast valued at 360 pesos. Their is no pool which is a let down considering its location and lot size. They impose charges for "additional" bottled waters that rubs me the wrong way becuse water provisions have always been complimentary in all the hotels and inns I've frequented.
