The place is near the NLEX exit but far from convenience stores (if you need to buy emergency food, water, bring your own, I would advice you) and its new, though needs improvement on doors and locks.

The staff needs to be trained more, even on answering calls or questions. They are very courteous but seem at a lost what they are doing. The cafe has poor service, very long waiting time for the food to be served.

furniture are quite new

Location and lack of public transport for foreigners.

clean, well maintained rooms. staff were very helpful. location is good - perfect spot between the city and malolos town proper.

noises from other guests tend to be heard in the room but other than that, we had a fantastic stay.

Breakfast was not included

The room was too small, 18 Sq meters. Not sound proof, loud outside noise, also hallway noise. The shower had an exposed column inside.

the staff there are really not well prepare to invite guest over. first day we try to book a transport from the hotel. 1hr 30 mins they say they can’t find transport. then we change room because the water heater is not working. following that we ask for room cleaning and they didn’t do it and just put the new toilet paper on a tray and put it on the table.. never see this kind of room cleaning before. last day they say they can’t find the remote control from out room….. delay me for 1 hr .. then they found it in the room.
