They fact that they don't give water in the rooms(even in a jug) and you must pay for even one bottle.

We had a lovely stay overall. Ladybird Boutique Hotel at Kanonkop is a beautiful and serene property, perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special thank you to Rachael and Silas, who went out of their way to accommodate us. They kindly arranged a bed for our little one, allowed us an early check-in, and even surprised us with a thoughtful Easter chocolate cake, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was enjoyable and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and well-kept.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Stuff is a key in this place! Friendly, helpful, kind! Without them it would not be the same. I think the kindest staff I have ever met. Service was outstanding. Moreover hotel, rooms and its amenties also very looked after, beautiful view to the lake. Will be back!
