Its location to our event and the warm welcome from the host.

I was a little unsure about the cooked breakfast. Details were given on arrival but the welcome book in the room said we had to preorder the night before. As we went out that night we didn’t preorder so we ate breakfast out. This is a tiny negative in an otherwise great visit and place to stay.

Perfect, Tracy puts so much love and attention into the accommodation and nothing is to much, And surrounded by countryside and views

Great host. Lovely room, clean and great view. Comfortable bed. Very nice property. Plenty of choice for continental breakfast or cooked breakfast if required

Breakfast excellent, served nice and hot. A wide range of cereals available. Good quality throughout. The location was ideal for a short walk into Barnoldswick.

Tracey ist wie immer eine Seele von einem Host! Das Zimmer jetzt alles, was man sich an Zubehör nur wünschen könnte, der Kühlschrank ist übervoll, das Frühstück lässt an nichts mangeln! Perfekt!!

Für "breitere" Menschen eventuell ein bißchen eng.......

Tracey was wonderful, so warm and welcoming. The room was lovely. The area is fantastic and the breakfast was superb!!

The breakfast was delicious, well cooked and presented. There was everything and more you could require in the toiletries provided. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and Tracey was friendly and welcoming.

The room was lovely and very well equipped with a welcome tray of goodies and little extras like a razor and deodorant and toiletries in the bathroom

The steps leading up to the property weren’t really suitable for older guests
