By The Beach - Sunstone Seaview Villa

The Villa ist located perfectly between two beautiful beaches, Trinity beach and Vrysoudi beach, the sea view from the spacious sun terrace on 2nd floor is perfect, a walk of three to 5 minutes away from trinity beach. The Villa has three floors, in the ground floor a living room with an open space kitchen, dishwasher, oben, microwave, huge refrigerator, all products installed are German premium quality. The living room is perfect for minimum 6 visitors being comfortabily seated, the inside dining table offers place for eight. All necessary equipment for kitchening are available, also an outside barbeque is provider, together with an 8 place terrace table that even can be expanded for 12. At the terrace you find a very nice pool that is looking new, as also the modern Villa. Besides: Even not indicated in the advert: Yes, there is a drive besides the entrance door where you can park your car. WiFi is free available and smart TVs are in living room and the bedrooms. In the first floor you find 3 bedrooms with a total number of 6 beds, all equipped with a balcony. The furniture is modern and of premium quality, wardrobes and safes are installed. One central bathroom is also located in 1st floor as well as another bathroom in the largest bedroom, also here, premium German brands are used for installations. 3rd floor provides an indoor Bosch- Laundrymachine and outside rooftop huge sun terrace with outdoor lounge furniture for 8 people plus table and a beautiful view at the sea. All in all we had a perfect stay here, our client contact Martha was taking care of us perfectly and offered a WhatsApp contact for any Q&A during the entire stay, La Mer Homes was my best host so far when renting a Villa. That said I have no other choice to give a score of 10 out of 10, even if 11 would be fair enough since Villa and service exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Martha for managing our stay to be perfect!
