Vieta, gamtos grožis, skanūs pusryčiai, jauki spa zona, kambario dizainas.

Nepatogu su vežimėliu, buvau viena su 10 mėn kūdikiu, durys siauros, slenkstis aukštas, dar be kita ko, neveikė liftas, teko vaiką su daiktais rankose neštis į kambarį. Kambaryje aštrūs kampai (staliukų prie lovos dizainas), kištukiniai lizdai kojų lygyje be apsaugų..

Viešbutis tikrai modernus ir gražiai įrengtas. Restorano erdvė paliko labai gerą įspūdį – stilinga, jauki, maistas skanus. SPA zona taip pat estetiška ir tvarkinga, tačiau labai maža – realiai talpina apie 8 žmones. Graži ir pati viešbučio aplinka. Deja, bendra patirtis buvo gerokai apkartinta. Šį viešbutį pasirinkome mano draugo gimtadieniui. Iš anksto buvau rezervavusi du masažus vienu metu, tačiau atvykus paaiškėjo, kad viešbutis negali jų atlikti tuo pačiu metu dėl netinkamai suderintos rezervacijos. Vietoje to, kad administracija iš karto pripažintų savo klaidą ir pasiūlytų sprendimą, teko pačiai rašyti nusiskundimą ir įrodinėti situaciją. Tik po to gavome kompensaciją – vakarienę restorane. Vertinu tai, kad galiausiai problema buvo sprendžiama, tačiau toks klientų aptarnavimas tikrai nuvylė, ypač kai kalbama apie iš anksto suplanuotą gimtadienio staigmeną. Kambarys (207 numeris) taip pat nuvylė. Jame nėra dieninių užuolaidų – tik tamsinančios. Nors langai šiek tiek tonuoti, iš lauko kambarys puikiai matomas, todėl norint privatumo visą laiką tenka gyventi užsitraukus storas užuolaidas. Vasarą tai labai nepatogu. Dar didesnė problema – kambaryje nėra veikiančio kondicionieriaus. Buvo tik valdymo pultelis, tačiau pats kondicionierius neveikė (ar jo iš viso nebuvo), apie tai niekur nebuvo informuota. Dėl karščio teko nuolat laikyti atidarytus langus. Tuomet į kambarį nuolat sklido restorano maisto kvapai bei cigarečių dūmai, nes po langais darbuotojai nuolat rūkydavo. Dar vienas minusas – kambario grindys labai traška, ypač 207 kambaryje. Taip pat pastebėjome, kad SPA užimtumo sistema neveikia patikimai. Programėlėje nuolat rodoma, kad SPA zonoje yra 10–14 žmonių, nors realiai ten būdavo tik 4–6. Dėl to galima be reikalo atsisakyti lankytis SPA manydamas, kad jis perpildytas. Apibendrinant – viešbutis tikrai turi stiprių pusių: gražus dizainas, gera vieta, skanus maistas ir jauki aplinka.
