NO Breakfast included!! On line stated that breakfast was to go, but only if you paid extra at the connected restaurant.

For a room with a King Size bed, there was only one bottle of water. 2 people at check in, and only 1 bottle of water? Desk clerk informed me that they only supply 1 bottle of water per bed!!

Clean and comfortable

It was quiet.

The person who greeted me finished a cigarette and rushed back inside when they saw me. I thought to help me, but I was wrong. They quickly went inside to talk to another employee behind the counter. Both employees looked at me and continued their conversation before one of them came out at her convenience. Every question I asked was met with a one-word response. I wasn’t informed where my room was, and when I asked where to park my U-Haul, I was told that if it fits, I had to find another place to park it. The staff didn’t offer any help and after driving for 10 hours and tired the experience felt shitty. My room had children’s smudges all over the mirror, which made me question how clean everything was. The gym was lackluster, and there was no breakfast and the coffee bar was sad and cold. The following morning, my partner and I went to the diner to get breakfast. It was just the two of us in there. I was told to ring the bell for service, but I rang it and ended up waiting seven minutes until we saw anyone. When we did, someone came out and looked us directly in the eye before walking away. There was no “I’ll be right with you” or smile. At that point, I wasn’t giving you any more money. So, we left. We were glad we did. We will never come back. The beds were nice, but the overall experience was very unpleasant. The prices were overpriced for the quality of the stay.

Many things, breakfast was not included ( it said it was on the booking but then we arrived and they said we were not platinum members and booked through booking.com so we didn’t get breakfast), the shower had pink mold on the corners of the door and in the shower it’s self. The room was not cleaned or beds made during the whole stay. The hotel staff at the front desk were not friendly either. She was put out to check us in. Will not stay again. Not a good value for the money, not clean.
