Slopeside Hotel, A Vail Resorts Property

O quarto tem tamanho bom. Toalhas de boa qualidade. Varios restaurantes e lanchonetes espalhados pelo hotel

Banheiro muito pequeno. O chuveiro muito baixo. Meu marido e filho tinham que tomar banho sentados. Móveis antigos e mal conservados. Os corredores do hotel são frios. Para ir de um lugar para outro dentro do hotel tem que estar de casaco. Não tem limpeza diária. E ao solicitar a limpeza não fomos atendidos. Pedimos 2 vezes e não tivemos a limpeza. Café da manhã pago à parte e bem caro. Todos restaurantes e lanchonetes caros. O saguão do hotel fica lotado de famílias comendo seus próprios lanches. Uma bagunça. Toalhas da piscina velhas. Rasgadas

The location is amazing for skiing.

It would be nice if there was complimentary coffee in the lobby like there used to be.

The location is very beautiful and the surroundings are lovely. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.

The hotel feels quite old, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Considering the cleanliness of the room and the overall condition of the property, the price was much higher than expected and not justified.

Breakfast buffet was excellent with a variety of choices. The waiter accommodated us with a seat near the window. Also the coziness of the resort with the Christmas decorations was nice to see. The staff that we met were all friendly.

We always enjoy this resort. There is not anything we do not like.
