Everything was great

The place is dirty and got attacked by bed bugs! It is gross!

It was a very relaxing and peaceful time that we all needed. It was nice to be out of the city and enjoying nature.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room decor was a little outdated but quaint. We truly enjoyed our stay .

Enjoyed the hot tub & indoor pool. Loved having cocktails on the 9th floor balcony overlooking the mountains. My only complaint is the food. Choices are limited. Breakfast buffet was horrible. We ate at The Bavarian Inn (I think, it’s right in lodge lobby) & it was good. They have a limited menu as well. Customer Service was really good throughout the resort. Will be back.

I enjoyed the multiple dining options. I was very disappointed in the room, especially the bathroom due to rusted baseboard and dirty shower that I refused to use. My husband did use the shower and complained about the water temperature.

Great view great staff great stay

It is located in a beautiful area. It is very quiet and relaxing.

There weren't many restaurants open so the food choices were limited but it is understandable during the summer since it is a ski resort.

Loved it

My only complaint is we wanted to order some food and I called the front desk and they told me two restaurants were open that we would have to pick it up which was fine but neither restaurant would answer the phone after multiple attempts and multiple calls to the front desk. So we gave up and went to bed hungry. Other than that, everything was great.
