We looked hotel in Tekirdağ, but this hotel is in another town. The light in the room was poor. It was cold and rainy, but there weren’t any blankets((

DEThe room was generally okay and met basic expectations. However, what I found completely unacceptable was the issue with the invoice. I had booked my stay through Booking.com and paid the full amount for the accommodation upfront via credit card. Despite multiple requests, the hotel refused to issue an invoice, stating that doing so would require them to pay taxes. This behavior is entirely unprofessional and not acceptable. Providing an invoice for a paid service is a standard practice and a legal obligation in many places. This experience left a very negative impression, and I would not recommend this hotel to others for this reason.
