Castro Mesembria Boutique Hotel

The man who manages the hotel is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and charming. The location is perfect for the Old Town of Nesebar.

No breakfast included. Considering there is a connected restaurant just beneath, it could be included.

Location is very central and only a four-minute walk from the bus stop at the entry to the old town. Furnished to a high quality with a comfortable bed. Very spacious with a good bathroom and shower. There is a TV which is Netflix/Prime enabled. Everywhere is quiet at night.

No kettle or fridge although there is a complementary coffee maker in reception. Checking in is confusing. On the ground floor, there are two restaurants with no obvious clue where we check in. We approached the restaurant manager who directed us to a flight of stairs and up to the first floor where there is a reception area. No one was there although we were very early (11.15am). Tried the number on the desk without success so we went to get some breakfast at one of the restaurants on the ground floor. The hotel manager came out with the restaurant manager who we originally spoke to a little later to introduce himself advising the room should be ready in an hour. Bags were in our room an hour later, He said we could contact him by WhatsApp if there is anything we needed during our stay. Although we did not see any hotel staff for the remainder of our stay, this was not required.

Прекрасно местоположение, големи и красиви стаи, много комфортно легло, възглавници и чаршафи. Младежът, който контактува с нас относно резервацията, посрещането и настаняването ни беше изключително любезен и отзивчив.

This is a beautiful hotel in an amazing location with World Heritage Site attractions, stunning scenery and lots to do right outside the door. Our suite was wonderful - plenty of space, lovely decor and added bonuses like toiletries included. We want to give special mention to the hotel manager, Petko, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Always super speedy to respond, incredibly helpful and friendly, he couldn't do enough for us, and is a true credit to the hotel. He even bought my husband a gift when he found out it was his birthday :)

Nothing negative to say about this lovely hotel. The bedroom without air conditioning was a little warm, but Petko resolved this straight away by bringing us a fan (thank you!).
