"Genova apartment for families"

Very spacious! And happy there was a washer too.

The WiFi name wouldn’t show up so I had to use my cellular data. The location is great, but I arrived around 22:00 and it was hard to find the keys/apartment.

"Nice apartment, odd location"

The apartment itself was very clean, with all necessary items for a few days stay. Longer stay with family would have been a bit of a challenge. The location gives proximity to centre of Genova and attractions.

THE LOCATION...honestly it felt and looked quite dicey and scary. I was almost tempted not to check in because of the location. Due to the location, I feel it is ideal for adults only, not for families.

"Good location, poor facilities for the price"

The location is quite central.

The flow of the water in the shower is very low. You can barely make a proper shower. Also , the apartment is quite noisy as everything from the other apartments is heard.

This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back for another visit. I would recomend this stay.

La comunicación con la propiedad es cero no responden a las llamadas .. el día q llegamos nos dicen q no funciona el elevador así q hay q subir 3 pisos abundantes de escaleras con un bebé de 3 años no es fácil… el internet no funcionó nunca y por más q escribí pidiendo ayuda no hubo manera de q lo solucionaran.. la presión de la ducha es escasísima y el agua caliente era suficiente solo para bañar a mi bebé.. el sofá cama incómodo y hacía mucho ruido .. no se lo aconsejo a una familia con niños
