The room Antonio is nice. Unfortunately the pool is very small looks more like a large tub and the water is not heated. Everything else was very enjoyable.

Es un buen hotel y el personal está siempre atento, sin embargo, una razón muy importante por la que decidí reservar aquí fue el jacuzzi y fue un problema todo el tiempo; el agua no salía, tenía que estar llamando a servicio para que me ayudaran a llenarlo y me dieran asistencia, lo pude usar un solo día de los 3 que estuve hospedada ahí. También tuve bastantes problemas con el wifi, todo el primer día no tuve internet y los demás días estuvo intermitente y fallando muchísimo, lo cual también trajo problemas al querer usar la televisión y plataformas streaming. Batallé en muchísimos aspectos y no tuve una estancia como la que imaginaba, esperaba una mucho mejor estancia.

The hotel is located at the heart of Tepoztlán making it very easy to enjoy the town. Our bedroom was breathtaking, with an unbeatable view, spacious, clean and confortable. 5 star service, will be coming back!
