Excellent and friendly personnel, nice and cozy room and delicious food. We also enjoyed the pool area. Definitely worth to stay at this hotel even if it‘s located outside the city centre.

Newer property. Not quite a “ resort” but that is not what they are trying to be. Sorry if like a “ corporate resort” type of thing: I recommend the Pinnacle Suites” ( corner facing McDowell Mnts)

Buyer beware! Only some rooms are “fully refundable”! Booked this (5/29-6/1)- had to cancel (sister moved to hospice, so tried to get a room earlier than originally booked.) “No rooms available” there, so had to go to another hotel. Tried to dispute the charge, told them my predicament. But nope! No refund, so I had to pay for two hotel rooms in Scottsdale in order to see my sister (who passed away 5/30). Hotel didn’t care.

Excellent customer service. Our flight landed a lot earlier than planned and they were able to accommodate an early check in and a late check out. Customer service was always pleasant, shaded parking was great, and room service was prompt. The rooms were also extremely comfortable.

Room was so nice and clean. It had beautiful amenities.

We stayed this past weekend for our early anniversary and had a great time. The hotel feels modern and fresh, and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve had in a long time. The AC was a little loud but worked well. We were hoping for an upgrade with our Gold status, and although none were available, we appreciated the nice view of the entrance and lawn and felt well taken care of. Free parking and no resort fee were a big plus. The location was perfect for what we wanted. It’s a short drive to Scottsdale Quarter, restaurants, McDowell Sonoran Preserve, and even pickleball courts at Thompson Peak Park. Old Town is about 20 minutes away, but we preferred being in a quieter area where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful pool. The pool area was a highlight. Chill music, plenty of loungers and umbrellas, and even daybeds and cabanas. We were lucky to get a double daybed and spent most of our time there. The hot tub and water feature were a nice touch. We ordered poolside food from Desert Pony and everything was great (burgers, fries, wings, frozen grapes). Eric was especially friendly and helpful and really made the experience feel personal. There was some loud maintenance happening on Saturday that cut our pool time short, but the front desk was cool and gave us a late checkout so we could enjoy the pool more the next day. The room design was modern and spacious, and I really loved the artwork. The gym had everything we needed. We also enjoyed some live music in the evening, which was a fun surprise for the weekend. The rooftop bar looked beautiful, but it’s only open for certain events (hopefully more regularly in the future). Christie and Yari at the front desk were fantastic. Christie wished us a happy anniversary, which we really appreciated. The hotel isn’t in a walkable area, but we didn’t mind since it was a perfect low-key getaway from Las Vegas, and we’re already looking forward to coming back before the summer ends!
