Great location right next to the heart of Ponta Delgada. Walkable distance to restaurants, markets, bars, pharmacies and anything else you might need. Place is well decorated and spacious. Beds and couches were comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff was super nice!

Nothing really. My only recommendation would be to try and have more plugs next to the walls by the couches, perhaps some blankets and some lamps in the living room as well.

The place is absolutely amazing - it looks good on the pictures, but to be honest we were shocked to see that it is in fact even better live! The apartment is spacious, perfectly designed to every detail, super comfortable and well equipped.

The appartement is walking distance to the center. It is very quiet.The appartement is spacious and modern. We had a welcome gift, which consisted in milk, juice, water and bole. Very appreciated. Thanks to our host Claudia.

Almofadas um pouco altas

This is a modern apartment hotel inside an old building, about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Ponte Delgada. Our apartment was a very good size, and was well equipped. We were on the ground floor with our bedroom facing the street, but it was well sound-proofed and noise wasn't a problem. The receptionist was helpful and gracious when we arrived - we were frazzled from a difficult day, but she dealt with us well. The kitchen is well equipped, including a Nespresso machine with coffee pods provided each day. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-designed. There's a free car park 5 minutes walk from the hotel, beside the botanic garden, but you have negotiate 1-way streets to find it. There's also a good cafe at that car park for breakfast.

The reception is only open for 4 hrs per day in the afternoons. A little colour in the room would be nice - everything was grey, white and beige (even the painting on the wall). None of this detracted from our visit, though.

Everything was perfect. I would recommend highly.

Claudia was adept with communications post booking and was exceptionally helpful at check in by thoroughly explaining everything. She was immediately available for the few minor issues and questions we had. The apartment was amply equipped with everything we needed. Strongly recommended.
