Henn na Hotel Premier Kagoshima Tenmonkan

The room was decent with nice new air conditioning. The room looks new and the toilet too looks clean and new. The reception was cute with the Dinosaur and Samurai greeting you but we still had to call for help to register and get our room keys. The staff were really helpful with parking as well. She did the math and showed us it was cheaper to get the Hotel's parking voucher than parking by the hour. She was really patient as we had to use Google translate to communicate.

The parking was next to the hotel so though it was extremely inconvenient but because we were not familiar with the area we had to first park our car at another parking lot, find the hotel and ask them for directions to their carpark then had to go through how much it cost to park there if we buy the voucher from the hotel. It really took quite a lot of time aftershock then we had to go back to the carpark, drive our car to the hotel's car park and get our luggage to the hotel. Overall was a tiring experience.

大浴場が良かった。立地が中心地で便利だった。 ホテル全体がキレイで清潔感があった。

コーヒーが欲しかった。（部屋にもなし） せめて、朝食のレストランでコーヒーサービスが欲しかった。 部屋のカーテンを開けると一面隣の壁！！光がほとんど入らず、朝から電気をつけなければならないのが残念。

Camere piccole senza visuale, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera perché la,prima era troppo piccola con il letto messo in un angolo e la moquette era appiccicosa. Ci hanno dato una camera a due letti
