The Nestle House

Well appointed flat in the centre of town

Feel a bit “exposed” with 2 aspects of the house facing main streets. So need to keep blinds down at all times. But that’s a trade off for being centrally located.

The owner was an excellent host and very helpful. The cottage was very cozy and very clean. All in all it had everything we could ask for.

Great location, great host, anything you would need

It’s on a main road so if you are a light sleeper you may struggle with the noise of the road, our friends who we stayed with did a bit but luckily we were ok!

I loved our host, Julia. She was very responsive to our messages!

The Nestle House was in a great location to attend the Foodie Festival. It was an 8 minute walk. Great situation, close to town, The Cathedral, bars and restaurants. The property was clean, loved the courtyard.

Very small bedrooms.

We did our own breakfast. My wife & Son who is an interior decorator fell in love with the property . My wife wanted to take it home . Had an excellent time at the property .Would recommend to any body who is going to Winchester .

No complains whatsoever

Julia is such a fantastic host, the house was exceptionally clean and Julia provided lots of useful information about the local area, such as places to visit, restaurants, and so on. If you need anything , Julia is very responsive and can sort out any questions or issues. The location of the house was perfect as it was so close to the town and the train station. We would definitely come back!

There wasn't anything we didn't like

Location: just a few minutes walk to the centre, and most attractions Transport: close to train station The house is well decorated, and clean. The house is also well equipped, including kitchen. Thank you Julia for the video make everything is easily accessed. She also responded to my requests within minutes. Thanks again for perfecting my holiday in Winchester.

I loved everything about the property! It was my first time staying in Winchester and this cozy cottage was the perfect pick for us! I rented it for my husband and our two granddaughters that live nearby. Julia, the owner and host was helpful at every turn. She was over the top accommodating! The cottage was impeccably clean and tidy and stocked full of everything a traveler would need. The beds were very comfortable with great linens. The location of the Nestle House was walking distance to the Cathedral, shopping and any food preferences you might have. We were so happy we found this spot!
