Séjour globalement décevant. La décoration de la chambre est vieille et dépassée, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas correctement (plusieurs chaines inaccessibles malgré l'intervention du réceptionniste) ; points positifs la literie en bon état et la salle de bains refaite récemment, petit déjeuner copieux et emplacement à proximité du centre ville:.

Impossible de rentrer dans la chambre qui nous a été allouée malgré 3 clefs différentes. Grosse perte de temps à l'arrivée après un long voyage en voiture. Changement de chambre. Peu de choix au petit déjeuner. Il a fallu réclamer pain et viennoiseries qui sont arrivées non cuites après 10 mn d'attente. Personnel pas particulièrement aimable.

Ce n'était que pour une nuit. Disons que niveau accueil et confort, rien à dire. À préciser que l'étage n'est accessible que par un escalier droit et assez raide, et que l'insonorisation entre chambre laisse un peu à désirer.

"Best Western Beaune"

Les portes des chambres se ferment avec des grooms et c’est assez bruyant. Beaucoup de bruit dans la chambre du dessus et cloisons plutôt fines (on entend le téléphone sonner dans la chambre voisine) Emplacement central pour une visite de Beaune et de ses Hospices.
