"Once I received my room key, after getting off the elevator on the 11th the entire floor smelled like a dirty bathroom t"

Location convenient due to frequent radiation appointments, and surgery at the Medical Plaza nearly!

I arrived after 3pm for check in after treatment and the room was not clean and had to wait in the lobby till nearly 5pm. Asked staff if I could get in another room which would have down sized what I had booked but was told I could but room I booked was higher and I wouldn’t be refunded. Therefore, no option!
