Lovely clean comfortable accommodation in a great location

There was a slight leak in the bathroom. We were short of a Bath towel

Smart and comfortable.

The garden needed tidying.

We fully enjoyed our stay. It had all the comforts of home-kitchen items, iron, hairdryer etc. It was close to a train station etc. Perfect for our family!

It was great- no negatives

Shower is in the bathtub. Difficult for us to get in and out.

Lovely sunny apartment, clean and comfortable. Ideal location for access to Windsor. We also visited Kew and Hampton Court which was a bit further but still easy enough. Would highly recommend.

Bathroom could be better - the shower screen isn't long enough and there needs to be a non-slip mat in the shower. There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tabs. However, these minor things did not detract from the lovely time we had.

Clean, modern, and generally excellent. Would definitely recommend. Great communications too.

Only a couple of minor points - the shower panel in the bathroom isn’t big enough to catch the spray of the shower effectively when you are in it so showering is a bit awkward and the sofa bed didn’t have a duvet like the beds.

Accommodation was absolutely perfect. It was very clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, kitchen well equipped and lovely to have outside space. Location so close to the train station made access to Windsor and London simple. We will definitely return!

Very small point, but couldn't find any mugs in kitchen.
