Location was good. The building is cool. And the staff was nice. But the water situation wasn’t great. I booked a private room so that I could have a good shower. But the shower was a cold dribble and so was the sink. And the toilet didn’t always work… So I ended up using the shared bathrooms anyway. —- Just to warn anyone that is considering a private bathroom! Save your pesos and just use the shared ones!—-

Le lieu est magnifique. des plantes partout, un resto à coté, peu de bruit , une super location et surtout toute l'équipe de l'hotel et du resto a été adorable

il y a trop peu de d'eau, des fois froides et les tetes de douche sont cassées donc peu de pression le menage pas tous les jours dans les parties communes (sdb, cuisine)

I accidentally booked a room with a shared bathroom without realizing it, that room was pretty basic but ok for the price. It was during los dias de las muertos so everything was fully booked in the city and I couldn't really do anything to rectify my mistake. But the staff here went above and beyond to help me feel more comfortable. They were truly lovely and because of them I would stay here again. They moved me to a room with a private bathroom and that second room was much better. CO working space was decent as well. The location is great.

Die Lage war gut und ein Mitarbeiter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Es gab am ersten Abend und am Morgen kein Wasser im Gemeinschaftsbad, wir haben aber wenigstens in einem anderen Raum morgens duschen können. Außerdem ist das Gemeinschaftsbad nicht sehr sauber und es riecht unangenehm. Wir hatten mit dem sehr netten Mitarbeiter vereinbart, dass wir nach dem Check-out am Abend vor unserem Flug nochmals duschen können, wusste die andere Mitarbeiterin dann leider nicht und wir mussten extra bezahlen.
