"Superb"

House was light, airy and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Good location and parking. Nice garden furniture.

No shower in the main bathroom. So if there had been 6 guests in the house, all using the ensuite shower that could be problematic. No garden table for your drinks.

"Clean and inviting home, short walk from the sea."

Very clean, crisp bedding, big kitchen perfect for four adults to eat and play board games. An easy 10 minute walk to the sea, which we did more than once. Lovely coffee at GOAT a few minutes walk away. Off-road own parking even for our large vehicle.

Heating programme was set to 24, so we woke up sweltering in the night. Unsure if some previous guest was being a comedian, or the house thermostat was meant to be like that, but we adjusted it for ourselves and future guests. This aside, a perfect stay.

lovely clean and warm and Ben came straight out to us when we couldn’t get the TV to work ! brilliant off street parking and allows dogs.

thought the £120 cleaning fee bit steep.

"Peaceful haven"

The reviews are correct, this place has everything you need. I'm a controller freak and brought along bits like pots and pans to prepare xmas dinner, I needed not bother as there was similar items available. Clean, comfortable, great decor, even had a Xmas tree. Would stay again, was with extended family and made lots of memories.

While the beds were comfortable and we slept well, we were all a bit stiff in the morning, maybe slept too well as could not put our finger on what the issue might if been, also something they can't help, but the bathroom didn't have a shower over the bath so we all shared the en-suite, again personal preference.

"Great escape by the sea"

This property was perfect ! It was immaculate and just the little touches of leaving a welcome bar of chocolate was fab 😍 Check in with easy too - will def be back thank you
