Kruger Park Lodge Unit No. 547

The room is well-equipped, spacious, and comfortable. The resort itself is well-maintained. It's about a 15-minute drive to Kruger National Park, making it ideal for family vacations.

Everything

We didn't have breakfast or any other meals. Everything else was enjoyable and I would like to visit the unit again sometime. The property and the grounds are very well maintained. Thank you for a good experience.

Everything thing were fine and we enjoyed our stay.

The space

I found the service really poor. Our oven wasn’t working and we travelled with kids. We bought the food they like so they like home as they both struggle with severe constipation. When we contacted the reception about the oven the sent 2 gents to come assist and they couldn’t. One of the gent called the reception to send through someone else whom I believe is from the maintenance department. That person never arrived. We waited from Wednesday till we checked out on Saturday morning. The kids had to eat take-aways when we came ready with food. We had to take the food back home. I followed up with the reception twice and the receptionist kept saying she’s following up with maintenance. I would not be coming back nor recommending the lodge to anyone I know

It’s close to the shopping centres but still secluded and relaxing. The kudus were gracing us with their presence every morning, the kids loved it. The restaurant food is great. Housekeeping was good, WiFi works & very spacious for a family. The property manager kept in touch throughout our stay which we appreciated.

Every thing, enjoyed the Putt Putt mostly. Next to the mall, plus bonus

Location was excellent. The peace and quietness of the resort .

However upon arrival to our chalet, we notice the kitchen counter was dirty and asked for it to be cleaned
