"Luxury stay in Belfast Botanics"

The property was beautiful very clean and well maintained. The location was ideal near queen’s university. Kitchen was modern with all the essentials.

The mattress in the second bedroom was uncomfortable it was a spring mattress which caused me backache. This should be upgraded especially if you are paying for a luxury price. Having an air fryer would be handy.

"A lovely apartment in a very good location."

Location was good, bed was very comfy and the apartment was very clean.

We don't really understand the over 25s policy. However, they made an exception for us as a 23 and 21 year old couple. There was a little bit of consternation about this, but in the end we're very happy it got resolved as it was a lovely place to stay.

"Beautiful, welcoming apartment"

The apartment was perfect and had everything you would need. The rooms are very beautifully decorated and very homely. The hosts were helpful in answering any questions we had before arrival and even left some snacks for us on arrival which was much appreciated! Location wise there are lots of local shops, bars and cafes and the main centre is only a short walk away. We will return to Belfast again and will book here again without a doubt!
