From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in was quick, the room was spotless, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The view from my room was simply breathtaking, and housekeeping kept everything perfect throughout my stay. There’s also a fantastic restaurant just a 5-minute walk away, which made dining super convenient. This hotel exceeded all my expectations — I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to everyone!

The guest house is located away from the busy commercial area—not too far, but just enough to offer peace and quiet. From the moment we entered, it gave us a genuine home-like feeling. We were warmly welcomed with freshly picked grapes grown on their own plants, which was a lovely touch. Everything—from the air-conditioning and washrooms to the bedsheets, bed, and mattress—was spot on. We initially stayed for one night, but the experience was so good that we decided to stay again on our way back from Neelum. Both of our stays felt like a true 5-star experience. Highly recommended!

We lost our mobile phone from the common area. I would suggest they at least put a CCTV camera there only.
