I was in town to visit relatives and stayed here two nights. Pros: fast & delicious Vietnamese breakfast choices, pool and little playground. Cons: very firm beds, limited food options (no dinner available at the hotel restaurant), limited service available in the area. I was willing to overlook the cons and give 5-stars because my kids enjoyed the pool but then my room was overcharged for at check-out. They claimed that my kids breakfast were not included even though they gave me the meal vouchers at check-in and my kids were included in the room reservations (I was charged the extra headcount). By the time I found out about the extra charges, it was already paid by a relative. Instead of arguing with them, I just let it go.

Stuff was nice

We booked this hotel just because we needed a sleepover to take a ferry to Con Dao. It was already a problem to arrive, since futa bus just left us in the middle of nowhere and we had to go by bikes with random people, who charged us as much as we paid in Ho Chi Minh for the taxi from the airport. We booked this particular hotel because it had a pool. However, the pool doesn't seem to be ever cleaned, so we ended up not using it. The first room we got was small, not clean enough, and had trash under the bed. Also, Keep in mind that the only "window" in the room is the door, which leads to the common hallway. So if you want privacy, you stay with curtains closed the whole day. No fresh air of course, unless you want to stay with the door open. The first room had a lizard inside running around, so the stuff was nice enough to change a room for us. However, the second room was even less clean, and the same situation with trash under the bed, the bathroom was smelly and rusty, and there were ants. I was already too tired to complain. Another point was that we asked to wash our clothes. It's extra charge. They told us it was around 50-60 cents per piece. Which we agreed. But what a surprise was to pay the next morning more than 20€ for the laundry. We travel with a backpack. We don't have 40 pieces of clothes even if we gave ALL our clothes. So, I assume they counted every single sock and underwear as an individual piece. Overall, I really dont recommend the place. I am pretty sure you can find something better for this price.
