Hotel was in a great location and very well-furnished.

Checkout process was totally bizarre. They sent a maid up to go through the mini fridge to check what, if anything, had been touched before they let me leave. Next, the front desk associate asked me if I had used each item the maid relayed by phone was missing. Felt like I was being interrogated and I would probably not stay at this hotel again for this reason.

Great location and modern design. Rooms were well air conditioned and quiet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a pleasant stay.

Un homme a l’accueil pas du tout sympathique. Les autres en particulier les femmes étaient charmants.

Location

Definitely not a 9.2-rated hotel in my experience. Perhaps I was just unlucky with my room, but it was quite dark, very noisy from the street, and I could hear almost everything happening in the lobby. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the shower had plenty of hot water and excellent pressure, and the breakfast was decent. The rooftop terrace was a bit disappointing, consisting of just a small table and two chairs, mainly suitable for smokers rather than a place to relax and enjoy the views.

Всё понравилось, хороший отель. Расположение в старом городе, удобно. Завтраки хорошие, в номере чисто. Персонал говорит на русском.

В туристическом центре может быть шумно, если на улице лето и открыты окна.
