Great communication from hostel before arrival and good information provided through posters/ staff during stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Also good location, close to bus terminal and downtown.

The hostel located right at the heart of the city, has good connectivity, very friendly staff always available on the phone, rooms are beds are clean, quiet and comfortable. Spacious kitchen, multiple showers and toilets, Would recommend to everyone who's traveling to Reykjavik

Nothing to complain much but I tried to cancel my booking due to my journey from South east Iceland but they couldn't cancel where I ended up driving 6 hours to stay with them
