The owners are lovely and receptive. The hotel is walkable to downtown Parma and very close to train station. The space was clean with all amenities. Great space!

I booked one of the apartments and it was very nice and super convenient to the train station. The property is gated and feels very safe. There was a booklet on the desk with sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. The only issue for some people might be that the bed is upstairs and the bathroom is down; if you get up during the night, it’s slightly inconvenient.

The property/room was wonderful! Clean, spacious, walkable to train, park, visitor highlights. On check out we saw the reception area and it was super cute with coffee, cozy seating for breakfast and relaxing. Please be aware that the alley to enter the property is a bit dark at night so I’d recommend a taxi or uber drop off over walking.

Emplacement idéal pour partir visiter à pied la ville historique de Parme tout en laissant son auto dans le parking sécurisé de la propriété. Décoration des chambres et des communs très raffinée et de bon goût. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Bon fonctionnement de tous les équipements.

Great location clean and friendly staff breakfast was great. Private parking was great.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einem der Apartments. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt, was für uns als keine Familie mit Kleinkind besonders wichtig ist. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Very close to the station, helpful owners and really nice room

It worked out great. Location is good for walking to city centre.
