KoNoSo Luxury Apartments

This apartment was spacious, very modern and had brand new facilities. It was immaculately clean and to our surprise was serviced after our 4 th day. (We stayed 6) We rented a car which was necessary to travel around Crete but we were able to walk into town for local shopping and to find restaurants and a most wonderful bakery. The close location to the ferry port and airport was important to us and proximity to historic sites and museums made it easy to enjoy Crete culture. We also took a tour of the Kleanthi olive grove and oil factory which was very informative and lots of fun. The communication with the host of our apartment was excellent and all questions and requests were answered promptly! We would highly recommend KoNo So Luxury Apartments to anyone visiting Crete.

We had to really push hard on the door to enter the building after putting in the code. Perhaps this can be adjusted so it’s not so difficult.

New and very comfortable appartment in a convinient location close to the town of Heraklion, airport and Knossos, easy parking on street. The host Stelios Gavrilakis gave us all necessary information and clear instructions per messages, super communication with him, thank you!

It would be better to have some basic cooking items like oil, salt...in the kitchen.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely outstanding! The place was equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it a perfect home away from home. The hosts were incredibly responsive, always replying within minutes, regardless of the time. They were polite and went above and beyond to assist us with any requests we had. A standout feature was the complimentary cleaning service, which could be scheduled at our convenience, without any disturbance. They also offered free luggage lockers, which was a huge plus. The property comes with two smart TVs—one in the living room and another in the bedroom—adding to the comfort and entertainment options. Additionally, there’s parking right in front of the accommodation, which made things very convenient. To top it all off, there’s a supermarket nearby, making it easy to grab anything we needed. Overall, a perfect stay, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Crete!

Brand new, super clean luxurious apartments with all comforts and amenities.

Our beautiful apartment was number 2. There are no keys or cards, but you can access with a numerical code that is communicated by mail a few days before arrival. The house was air conditioned (in bedroom and living room). The apartment is brand new, clean, functional and equipped with every comfort: kitchen with large refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, kettle, coffee machine as well as dishes and utensils; spacious living room with smart TV, sofa and table; bedroom with smart TV; bathroom with washing machine, hairdryer and large shower. Outside there was a small space to hang clothes and a tap, very convenient on the return from the beach. On arrival we found a welcome kit consisting of coffee pods, tea, sugar, fruit and a bottle of wine. The team is very helpful and always available on the phone or via mail. During the stay we agreed to a change of towels after a few days. Accommodation absolutely recommended for a holiday of comfort!

Everything, from location, cleaning, the house...the close bakery amasing, the close location to supermarket wonderfull, comunication perfect.

The only small sugestions I have would be to have 2 TV remotes (for each TV), and a small brush to clean sand after a day at the beach.

Responsiveness. Instructions to find and get in. Lots of space.

Not enough dishes and utensils. No key - long code that had to be looked up each time. No written instructions for how to use indoor facilities and what to do with trash and recycling.
