Happy Family Apartments Vigne

Appartamento pulito, con tutto quello che serve (stoviglie, biancheria da bagno, biancheria da letto, sapone, ecc…). in pieno centro a Genova. Comodo sia per raggiungere l’acquario sia per godersi le vie del centro città. Perfetto!

Unica piccola pecca, il nostro appartamento era al terzo piano e non si poteva usufruire dell’ascensore (avendo una bimba di tre anni con passeggino non è stato molto comodo, e i proprietari ci hanno sconsigliato di lasciare il passeggino nell’androne del palazzo).

La caratteristica del luogo, il silenzio in stanza, la vista sui tetti di Genova: affascinante!

Nulla, tutto è stato perfetto!

Super Lage, geräumig, komfortabel, sauber. Waschmaschine im Bad. Zuverlässige und freundliche Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern.

-Töpfe und Pfannen sind fast alle nicht für den Induktionsherd geeignet, also nicht brauchbar. -Der Müll muss vor der Abreise mehrere Straßen weiter weggebracht werden, was ziemlich unpraktisch ist, weil man danach noch den Schlüssel zurück in die Wohnung bringen muss. -In der Decke hausen Nager, die man teils sehr laut hört.

Apartamentul este frumos amenajat, curat, spatios. Este dotat cu toate utilitatile. Este comfortabil pentru o familie din 4 persoane.

Locația. Zona de amplasare a fost un soc initial, apoi ne-am obisnuit. Dar am evitat iesirile nocturne.

Property was excellent inside everything you need for a family and clean. Only 50 metres from the red light district so go the right way on the way out. There is only a lift from 2nd floor up so tricky with kids. We were told we could leave bags at office on last day and tried to request this a week before and 2 days before leaving but were then told this wasnt offered. Get what you pay for I guess, good inside but bad outside. Good for families if you can deal with the problems above.

Washer yes, but didn't spin hard enough to slightly dry clothes and it wasn't a full load. No dryer; but dryer racks were provided. I planned on doing laundry for our family of 5. We packed lighter than usual, and this was our 3rd country and needed to do all laundry. Electricity kept going out, when blow dryer used and sometimes when it wasn't. Which it did state that if too many appliances used Electricity will shut off. Apartment was clean and updated recently. Nervous of neighborhood with security with multple locks on the outer door / inside door had a four soild lock system. Maybe that's common because of location, central to stores and near aquarium. Communication was good because I had to call an figure out address, it's difficult to find at night in the winding alley ways.

Very bad location. Not safe so walk around

It was difficult to find the property and how to access it. The elevator is out of service which made it difficult to bring luggage up to the third floor.
