Great location in Ballston. Excellent amenities in the room, with full kitchen appliances and washer/dryer. Staff was very helpful. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was completely functional.

Some challenges with the heating system, during a cold spell in the winter. Room cleaning only once per week.

I had a wonderful experience at Placemakr. The location is perfect and very convenient, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean and well maintained. The parking was easy and accessible, which made my stay even more comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely stay again!

"Lovely place all in all."

The location & cleanliness. Everything was nice.

The remote would not turn my tv down so it was loud the entire time. I barely watched it bc of that. There’s also supposed to be quiet hours from 10p7a but there was a group who had 3 different rooms, out on the balcony after 11pm. That txt number they use for customer service is no help bc I didn’t get a response to any of my messages.
