I just want to reiterate again that the hotel is crystal clean with spacious rooms, a great location, and outstanding staff. Ms.Mayu Kinoshita at the front desk was highly professional and highly effective. She impressed us with her excellent services and strong language skills. Not only did she help us with regular things, but also go extra miles to help us resolve issues using a Japanese app. We truly appreciate her help!
