QUIET, reasonable walking distance from shopping.

Being out in the 23 degree weather on 12/21 in my pajamas for about 30 minutes due to a reported fired on the 2nd floor. No updates from the staff or fire department. No offer of any compensation for the inconvenience. Not even a complimentary breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The hotel itself was very nice and stylish. Our room was big, with comfortable beds. The complementary breakfast options were tasty and quite big.

While staff was generally friendly, service sometimes seemed disorganised, esp. at breakfast. We had to wait long and orders got mixed up or lost. One morning there was a fire alarm and we had to evacuate to the street. During the whole affair there was no support or guidance from staff, except one PA announcement that was unintelligible. This experience left us feeling quite unsafe tbh.

Modern hotel with lovely decor.

Room was smaller than expected, and unfortunately the staff weren’t particularly pleasant. Additionally, there was a fire evacuation during my stay, and no staff came to speak to guests to inform them as to what was going on so we had to figure it out ourselves by speaking to the fire department.
