We are really impressive with front desk staff. They were really helpful and showed their initiative to answer any questions from their clients. It was so good to have washing machine service in this hotel after we travelled from different cities. And we loved the Gym facilities . The location was great. It is so close to two different metro lines. Highly recommended. We would love to stay there again once we visiting Chengdu in the future.

We still can see people smoking in the lobby.

Staff very very friendly and manager were very good and helpful Front deak ms-gloria is amazing Breakfast was great , location is convenient Robert delivery service is fun,laundry service free Of cost What to expect more i am happy
