Hotel Ardent Dayton Downtown, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

Hot water wasn’t working by the time we got there. However they did call and tell us that to let us know. That was good We had to be moved 3 times 2 of the ac units was making a loud and funny nose. We finally got a room that the AC unit wasn’t make a loud funny noise but the bed was horrible. I felt all of the bed springs when i was trying to sleep needless to say I didn’t get good sleep

Fue una experiencia horrible, habitación sucia, la recepcionista en cuanto me escuchó hablar Español me pidió ID del país, fue grosera le expliqué que no hablo mucho inglés si podía hablar más lento y se molestò, definitivamente la peor experiencia de mi vida y arruinò mis vacaciones es me cobraròn 2 veces por el mismo servicio el valet me pidió propina presencial y a través de su app, estuve una noche y pagué por 2 y solo quería macharme de ahí.

Room had dirty towels with hair on them and dirty bathroom floor

Great hotel.

The beds were very comfortable and the parking garage right across was convenient. We could also just add parking to the room so that was simple.

There were crumbs and other dirt under beds, under desk and on floor of closet area. This was there when we checked in. The shower was difficult and leaked out all over floor. Even with door closed. Hot water worked and sometimes didn’t. The hotel is downtown, so it’s loud at night. They did supply earplugs which was nice. I feel the price a night was a little high for what we walked into.
