Hotel Ardent Dayton Downtown, Tapestry Collection By Hilton

At first glance it was beautiful. I only ever came across three staff members during my stay; one was the valet, two was the check in lady, and three was a maid whom was on her own personal phone call on the elevator talking about what time she was going to get off work. (She didn't even look at me.) I soon found out why they had complementary ear plugs at the check in desk. If not for the construction on the street, it was for the loud HVAK system that went off every 20 minutes or so. I nearly jumped off the bed when I first heard it. The WIFI never worked, I wasn't going to argue about it at 9:00 at night. In the morning, I went to shower, and there was no soap in the shower, not a drop. I won't be staying there again for $300 a night.

There were crumbs on the carpeting and in a chair. Drink rings on the table… The room was cold and when we turned up the heat it was extremely loud. No evening room service. Had to go downstairs to pick up “bar bites’ order was wrong…

Rooms are beautiful and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Nice shower pressure. Great location.

Operational issue like AC is running too noisy should have been addressed prior to open to the public. Parking is an issue, Advertised as 24 hours valet service but not really true

Friendly, helpful staff, and very homey feeling. Room was comfortable, only thing I would say is, give the lady a little help in the breakfast areas. She was a amazing!
