Great location and value for money for saying on a weekend. Parking was also included.

It was wonderful being walking distance to the historic downtown:) Our room was very clean and cute:) I don’t usually stay in motels but I would definitely stay here again!!

Extremely clean room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet area. Several places to eat within short walk/across the street. Staff was very friendly.

A Truly Charming Stay in the Heart of St. Augustine I recently stayed at the Historic Inn in St. Augustine during a trip to see Wilco in concert—and the entire experience was absolutely delightful. The Inn itself is full of character, comfort, and history, but what stood out most was the warmth of the people. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed not just by the hosts at the Inn, but by the surrounding community as well. I wandered into the cigar bar nearby and later dined at the restaurant across from the Inn, and both places wrapped me in kindness and authentic hospitality. There’s something special about being in a place where strangers treat you like neighbors. The concert was, of course, a highlight—Wilco never disappoints—but the logistics were made so much easier thanks to the parking center’s complimentary shuttle service to and from the venue. The shuttle was driven by community volunteers, and while there was no charge, it felt only right to show appreciation with a tip. These little touches showed how much this town cares about creating a welcoming experience for visitors. This trip reminded me how lovely it is to slow down, enjoy live music, good food, and genuine human connection. I’ll definitely be back.

I liked that we had a good location for the fireworks on the 4th of July, but I'll never book this place again.

The floor had so much Fabuloso on it(which does not disinfect) that you had to wear your shoes the whole time. I left in more pain than I arrived due to them trying to cover up 15 year old mattresses with layers upon layers of covers. Just replace them! Ants were all over the toilet so they had to bring a big bottle of bug spray to spray all over the bathroom(I had to clean a lot of it up so my kids didnt get into it). After towels being in the room for 9+ hours, they were still as wet as they were when i hung them up. Chair by the door was sprayed so heavily with a cleaner that it stayed wet the whole time. The water was lukewarm, never cold. The room wouldn't even cool down until dark. No ceiling fan. Fridge would barely chill a canned drink. Listing also states that multipe rooms feature a hot tub, but there isnt one single hot tub on site. It's false advertisement to drive you in! Oh, I also booked an accessibility room, but they gave it to someone who didnt even need it! They didnt give a crap when I brought it up to them, either. Very bad business.

Location. Decorations in room were nice.

Owners weren’t very nice. Went and got ice in a cup and the owner came running out to check and see what I was getting ice in. I held up a cup. They escort you to your room and go inside and it’s uncomfortable. Bed was hard.

Clean and beautiful rooms in a fantastic location. We will definitely be back!

I have no complaints. Everything was wonderful.
