I've stayed here three times now. It's always very clean and comfortable. The room decor is bright and cheerful. My favorite part is that it's a short scenic walk across the Bridge of Lions to the heart of downtown St. Augustine

Room was very nice and clean. Proprietors were very nice and accommodating. We hung out in the outdoor seating one night talking to one of the other guests and had a great time. Will be coming back to his hotel. Can walk right across the bridge to the old part of town no problem.
