Good location, quiet area, only about 7 mins walk to subway and 1 min walk to bus stop. Room was clean and modern.

Blinds didn't do a good job - room was completely light by about 5:30am which was annoying. Mattresses were very hard. No coin machine/out of order so very hard to get enough 100 yen coins to operate washer/dryer. Front desk did have coins, but also ran out. Dryer did a poor job of drying clothes.

Bardzo udany tygodniowy pobyt w Kioto. Hotel jest dobrze położony, czysty i spokojny. Zameldowanie przebiegło sprawnie i bez żadnych problemów. Pokój był sprzątany trzy razy w ciągu tygodnia, co w zupełności nam wystarczyło. Dużym plusem była możliwość samodzielnej wymiany ręczników. Mieliśmy pokój z dwoma dużymi łóżkami i sporą ilością miejsca, co jak na Japonię jest dużą zaletą. Pokój znajdował się na parterze, więc nie było widoku, ale klimatyzacja działała bardzo dobrze, a okno można było otwierać. Polecam szczególnie aktywnym turystom, którzy szukają spokojnego miejsca do odpoczynku po zwiedzaniu.
