"The room was comfortable, but once again, no Maid service no new towels."

We stayed there for two nights and never once got a room cleaned. I asked three times at the front desk. They said they would do it. They never did. I’ve been calling to try to talk to a manager and no one ever calls me back. I’m very disappointed. I didn’t just pay $360 for two nights to not have my room even clean or get new towels

You could’ve made Service like you should have and the manager should’ve at least called me back. I will keep calling. I actually talk to one.
