Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ontario - Chino Hills by IHG

Was a good pit stop after a long flight. Collected the car and drove 40 mins from Lax to get a good nights sleep before heading to vegas. Guy on the front desk was excellent. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Local food options available. Free breakfast the following day added real value for money. Was a lot of offerings available and I think was worth an additional $20 on the stay but it was part of the price. I’ll come back here again.

I really like how this hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean and easy parking area. Microwave and fridge in the room is a plus.

There was a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. I called the front desk, took them 10 minutes to send someone up. Did not receive any kind of support after the incident. I send them the pictures and videos of the roach in my room, they said a manager would contact me to compensate and handle the situation. It has now been 20 days since the incident, i have called multiple times, they keep saying the manager will call me and I still have received no support for this. ROACH in room at 6AM! Seriously! Do better IHG. Terrible support
